Connecting the community: Assaia User Conference 2025
From September 16-18, 2025, Assaia, in collaboration with the Aeroporti di Roma (ADR), will bring together the Turnaround Community for the second time to reconvene the discussions that started in Toronto in 2024.
As leaders and system users driving the Movement towards the Perfect Turnaround we do hope you can join us in 2025. Once again we will have speakers share how they are leveraging ApronAI to impact their on time performance, safety, sustainability and capacity goals.
Assaia will cover conference-related expenses, including meals and transfers between the hotel and event sessions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for all attendees.

Hotel booking
We have secured a preferential rate at the Sheraton Rome Parco de' Medici, a hotel located between Rome and Aeroporti di Roma. Surrounded by a golf course and with several swimming pools, the hotel will provide a comfortable setting away from the crowds.
The event rate of 220 Euro per night will only be available until end July. Booking thereafter will incur a higher rate. There are however a range of inexpensive hotels in the area such as the Holiday Inn Rome — Eur Parco Dei Medici and ibis Roma Fiera.
Transport to the events and sessions from the Sheraton will be provided by Assaia and the hotel offers an inexpensive shuttle into Rome for those looking to extend their trip.
Important note
2025 marks the Papal Jubilee so Rome is expecting a large influx of tourists. We would recommend booking your travel as soon as possible.
